livelist

Terms of use

Livelist is free to use for up to 3 lists. Livelist Household is the paid plan. These terms cover the paid plan and the app. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies to the app.

What you get free

Up to 3 lists, manual sorting, public lists, forks, "tried it" marks, taste matching and chat. These stay free.

What Livelist Household adds

Store mode, a walking order learned from your own shops, the running-low and next-item suggestions, sharing a household of up to 6 people, and unlimited lists. Only the subscriber can invite people to the household.

Price and billing

AU$2.99 a month or AU$19.99 a year, charged to your Apple Account. Apple takes the payment, not us. We never see your card details. Prices in other countries are set by Apple and shown in the app before you buy.

Renewal

Both plans renew automatically at the same price and length until you cancel. Apple charges your account within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with a 2-week free trial. The monthly plan has no trial. The trial turns into a paid year at AU$19.99 unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

How to cancel

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Livelist Household, then Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription, and we can't cancel it for you because Apple holds the billing. After you cancel, you keep Household until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Apple decides refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If your subscription ends

Nothing is deleted. Store mode, walking order and the next-item suggestions switch off. A household member whose subscription ends keeps reading what is already shared with them, but can't start a household or make new lists household-visible. A household keeps working while any member's plan is live.

Your lists and photos

You own the lists you make and the photos you upload. When you make a list public, you give Livelist permission to show it to other people, to make link previews and share images from it, and to let others follow it and fork it. You can stop this by making the list private or deleting it. Forks others already made stay with them.

You need the right to share what you put in a public list. That includes photos, text and picture credits. Don't upload other people's photos or anything you didn't make or have permission to use.

What isn't allowed, and what we can remove

Public lists must follow the community rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We check public content automatically, and a person at Livelist reviews what the check isn't sure of and what people report. We can hide or remove any content, stop an account's sharing, or ban an account, for breaking the rules. We act on reports within 24 hours. You can ask for a review of a decision, and you can reach us on the contact page.

Agreeing to the rules

The first time you use a social part of Livelist, such as opening someone else's list, the feed, taste matches, following, or making a list public, the app asks you to agree to the community rules and these terms. You can't use those parts until you do.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date below. Price changes follow Apple's rules, which ask for your consent before a higher price takes effect. For how we handle your data, see the privacy page.
