Questions and support

Email hello@livelist.com.au. Tell us what you were doing and what happened. If it's about a purchase, Apple handles billing and refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Report a list or something on it

Use the report form. You don't need an account. In the app, tap More on a list, or touch and hold an entry, and choose Report.

Copyright

If a public list uses your work without your permission, email hello@livelist.com.au with the link to the list, what of yours it copies, and your name. We remove the content and tell the person who posted it who complained, and how to dispute it.

If you're worried about a child, or you've been harmed online

In Australia, you can make a complaint to the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au/report. If someone is in danger now, call 000.
